Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

The PROMISE Youth & Sports Academy was born from the vision of our President & CEO, Chiquita Jackson, a first-generation high school and college graduate in 2021. Driven by her personal journey, Chiquita was inspired to create a nurturing space for at-risk youth - a place where they are accepted, valued, and empowered to become the next generation of leaders. Under our parent organization, Chiquita Jackson Enterprise, a social impact nonprofit, PYS Academy was established in September 2022 to turn this vision into reality.
